Telecaller / Telemarketing / Telesales Executive

Experience Required:

Up to 4 years, Fresher may apply.

Salary Range:

?8,000 - ?15,000 (Net)

Candidates staying within 4-5 km from Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing retail partners. Present company services and offers confidently and clearly. Generate leads and share with the field team for follow-up. Maintain call logs and update status in CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets. Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with 0-4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support. Graduate (any discipline). Good verbal communication in Hindi; basic English understanding. Pleasant voice, confident and convincing approach. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Should be residing within 4-5 km of Head Office (Jaipur). Positive attitude, punctuality, and discipline required.
