About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Telecaller/Telemarketer

to join our team at

B.Wallet

, a fast-growing consultancy brand specializing in

Income Tax, GST, Accounting, Audit Support, and Business Advisory

. The candidate will play a key role in

client acquisition, lead conversion, and sales closure

by connecting with business owners, professionals, and individuals who need tax and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services (Income Tax, GST, Accounting, Company/LLP Incorporation, Audit support, etc.). Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism until closure. Book appointments and coordinate with the consulting team. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions. Achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and revenue generation.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience in telecalling/telemarketing

in CA firms, audit firms, tax consultancies, or related service industries. Strong communication and persuasion skills in

Malayalam and basic English

. Familiarity with taxation/accounting-related terms and services. Confident, result-oriented, and able to handle client queries. Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM/WhatsApp Business).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
