- Attractive Salary & Benefits- Leadership Role- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesIndia\'s NO 1 livelihood and financial education AppThe JobYour Responsibilities will include :- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.- Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.- Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.- Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.- Guidance to freedom app already downloaded customer help to take subscription.Ideal Candidate :\xc2\xa0Skills Required :- You have at least 1 year experience within a Client Services or Telesales role, ideally within the telecommunications industry.- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.- Fluent in Kannada in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Work from home full time job 9am to 6pm.- Minimum 4 hours talk time daily.- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
