We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller who will proactively make calls to businesses on IndiaMART to acquire new clients for our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling or client acquisition and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients on IndiaMART, understanding their needs, and successfully converting them into customers for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses listed on IndiaMART to introduce our services and offerings.
Identify client needs and present solutions that align with their business objectives.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and explain the benefits of working with our company.
Qualify leads and convert them into customers through persuasive communication.
Track and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for client acquisition and conversion.
Provide follow-up communication with potential clients and ensure timely responses.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads from IndiaMART's database.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client acquisition.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proven track record in generating leads or acquiring clients.
Knowledge of IndiaMART or other B2B platforms is a plus.
Comfortable with using Excel for tracking performance.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with business owners and decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting sales and client acquisition targets.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of products/services that can be offered to IndiaMART clients.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in B2B sales or telecalling for platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Knowledge of the IndiaMART marketplace and its offerings.
Familiarity with market research and cold calling techniques.
