Job Summary:

Shanvia Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our IT services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining company offerings, and maintaining positive communication with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Only Female candidate Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally Explain company services, pricing basics, and offerings clearly Generate and qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or tracking sheets Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets Follow up with existing clients and nurture long-term relationships Coordinate with the sales and technical teams as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Previous experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive preferred Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools) Ability to handle objections and work under targets Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
