Job Overview
: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with prior experience in product selling (not in service or call center campaigns).
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound sales calls, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively driving product sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and potential clients to promote and sell mobile lamination products.
? Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively.
? Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and ensure timely order closures.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
? Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing.
? Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support product and sales strategy.
