Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers.
Assign daily calling tasks and track team performance.
Ensure achievement of admission/enrollment targets.
Monitor call quality and provide feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication with prospective students.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred).
2-4 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (education industry advantage).
Strong leadership, communication, and counseling skills.
Ability to work under targets and motivate the team.
