Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Telecaller Team Leader

to lead and manage a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving call quality, mentoring team members and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team

of telecallers to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training and guidance. Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance, conversions and call quality. Motivate the team to improve performance and maintain high morale. Ensure adherence to calling scripts, compliance standards and company policies. Conduct call audits and quality checks to ensure consistent customer service standards. Coordinate with the sales or customer support team to pass on leads and follow-ups. Manage shift schedules, attendance, and productivity of the team. Provide continuous improvement suggestions to increase efficiency and results.

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Target-driven with problem-solving aptitude Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally Basic knowledge of CRM or telecalling software Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate in any discipline

3-4 years of telecalling experience

, with at least

2 year in a team leader role

Experience in FMCG Industry, Food Industry or similar industries is a plus. Strong command over English and Hindi (must be fluent in both) Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate (preferred)
