The Tele calling Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of telecallers, ensuring targets are met, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and training where needed.
Plan and implement telecalling strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer retention.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and data management protocols.
Prepare reports on team performance, call metrics, and conversion rates for management review.
Handle escalations from customers and provide support to team members in resolving queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
