We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee the

outbound call center operations at MAG Finserv, a leading company

specializing in gold loans, micro finance loans, business loans and related

financial services. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient

and effective communication with potential and existing customers to

promote the company\'s gold loan products and services as well as in

achieving sales targets, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and

fostering a motivated and results-driven team environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage a team of outbound call center agents, providing guidance,

training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and

effectiveness.

2.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

while interacting with customers.

3.Develop and implement strategies to maximize outbound call center

efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards.

4.Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their product

knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and compliance

awareness.

5.Conduct regular quality checks on outbound calls to ensure that calls are

compliant, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

6.Foster open and transparent communication within the team and across

departments, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a call center, preferably in a leadership or

supervisory role.

Understanding call center processes and best practices to optimize the

team\'s performance.

Strong understanding of gold loan products and financial services.

Proficient in using CRM software and other telephonic, systems to

manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
