Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain insurance products and benefits Handle customer queries professionally Maintain call logs and customer database Follow up with leads and ensure conversions Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under targets Basic knowledge of life insurance products Must be willing to work from Ernakulam office
