passionate and target-driven female Telecallers

for our

Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) admission process

. The role involves

cold calling, lead follow-ups, and convincing students/parents

to join our institute. If you are highly confident, comfortable with targets, and have strong communication in

Hindi with basic English

Key Responsibilities

Make

cold calls

and explain admission details for the

Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) course

. Achieve monthly

admission targets

.

Follow up

with interested leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain call records, follow-up reports, and admission status. Convince students/parents with

high-level persuasion skills

.

Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates only

. Strong communication in

Hindi

(basic English required). Highly

convincing and persuasive

on calls. Comfortable with

target-based work

. Passionate about achieving and exceeding goals. Prior

telecalling/education sales experience

preferred.
