Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or conduct surveys.

Inbound Call Handling:

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.

Sales Support:

Generate leads, explain product features, and follow up on customer interactions to convert prospects into customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain updated customer records, manage customer databases, and build strong relationships through effective communication.

Performance Management:

Adhere to call scripts, achieve daily/weekly sales or engagement targets, and meet performance goals.

Feedback & Reporting:

Collect customer feedback, report findings to supervisors, and contribute suggestions for improving customer service.

Administrative Tasks:

Keep records of calls and customer interactions, process orders, and manage call logs accurately.
