Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.

Inbound Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions through phone calls.

Lead Management:

Following up on leads, nurturing them, and converting them into sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their concerns.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer information in CRM systems, and generating reports.

Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.

Collaboration:

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.

Compliance:

Adhering to company policies and procedures, including telecalling scripts and guidelines.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products/services and resolving any issues they may have.
