Synergy Healthcare & Wellness is seeking responsible and dedicated Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools.
Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
Manage tasks independently with accountability and minimize absenteeism. Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus.
Based in Chennai and available for on-site work.
Flexible with working hours, including occasional Sundays.
Tech-friendly; comfortable using Excel, CRM, and digital tools.
2+ years of telecalling experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Responsive, productive, and committed to long-term employment.
Young professionals under 35, motivated to learn and adapt.
Capable of handling high client volume with accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
