Responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote surveying instruments, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to introduce surveying instruments and related products.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain a database of customers and update call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and order closures.
Handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Experience 2-5 years
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred.
Interest in technical or engineering products is a plus.
