Make

outbound calls

to potential clients and respond to

inbound inquiries

regarding study abroad and tourist visa services. Provide

initial counselling

on available countries, courses, universities, and tourist visa options.

Generate leads

and schedule appointments for senior visa counsellors.

Maintain follow-ups

with prospective clients to convert inquiries into successful registrations.

Record and update

client information in the CRM system accurately. Provide

timely updates

on visa requirements, documentation checklists, and process timelines. Collaborate with the

counselling and documentation teams

to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

. Handle client queries and

resolve issues

professionally over phone, WhatsApp, or email. Maintain

product knowledge

on study destinations, tourist visa rules, and
