We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented
Telecallers
to join our Training Institute team. The role involves reaching out to potential students, explaining our training programs, guiding them about course benefits, and helping them with the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases/leads.
Explain training courses (IT / Non-IT) and institute offerings in a clear and professional manner.
Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate course information.
Counsel students about course details, career prospects, and placement opportunities.
Schedule appointments for walk-ins, counselling sessions, or demo classes.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until closure.
Maintain student database and call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and admission targets.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for marketing.
Support counsellors and admission team in student conversions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English, Tamil/Hindi as per location).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Polite, professional, and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience in education/training industry will be an added advantage.
