You will be responsible for

communicating with prospective students and parents,

providing details about universities, courses, and admission procedures

, and assisting

them in taking informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities
and admission guidance.

Handle inbound inquiries related to colleges, universities, and available courses. Counsel students over the phone and in person about academic programs, eligibility,
and career prospects.

Stay updated with information about

various universities, colleges, courses, and

admission deadlines

.

Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions in the CRM system. Guide students through the complete admission process -- from inquiry to enrollment. Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic institutions or programs. Follow up with students via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely communication. Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and document verification. Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads, counseling sessions, and conversions. Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing student or parent queries.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or Marketing background

preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in student counselling, telecalling, or educational
consultancy.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in

English and Hindi.

Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of the education system, universities, and course structures in India and abroad. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, emails, WhatsApp communication). Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
