JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities of an Immigration Tele caller :-

Inbound and Outbound Calling:

Answering calls from potential clients, and potentially initiating calls to prospective customers.

Providing Information:

Explaining the intricacies of different visa types, immigration procedures, and relevant regulations.

Handling Inquiries:

Addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests for information related to immigration.

Scheduling Appointments:

Arranging consultations with immigration experts or counselors.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping track of client interactions and relevant information within the CRM system.

Generating Sales:

Convincing potential clients to utilize the services of the immigration company or organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to customers.

Customer Service Skills:

Handling customer queries and concerns with patience and empathy.

Basic Knowledge of Immigration:

Understanding of visa types, immigration procedures, and related regulations.

Sales Skills:

Persuading potential clients to use the services of the company.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in relevant South Indian languages (Tamil, Malayalam, English & Hindi).
