Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide product/service information and generate interest.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Schedule appointments or demos, if required.
Maintain call logs and prepare call reports.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
