Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Attend inbound customer calls and provide information about solar products and services. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records accurately. Ensure timely follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed sales. Provide excellent customer service and address queries effectively.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills in [English / Kannada / Hindi - adjust as needed]. Proven experience in telecalling or sales with a track record of meeting targets. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Customer-friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
