Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Durawot stainless steel tanks.
Explain product features, benefits, and applications in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the management team.
