We are seeking a polite, patient, and customer-oriented
female telecaller
to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests promptly.
Record call details and update customer data in the system.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and achieve satisfaction goals.
Follow company communication and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Pleasant voice and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
