Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and student-friendly Telecaller cum Counsellor to manage admissions inquiries for our school. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to guide parents, and a passion for helping them make the right educational choice for their child.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls professionally. Provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process. Follow up with parents to ensure smooth lead conversion. Maintain records of inquiries and update the CRM on a regular basis. Schedule school visits, counselling sessions, and follow-ups. Build rapport with parents and address their concerns patiently. Assist the admissions team during events, orientations, and campus visits.

Requirements



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service (education sector preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other local languages are a plus). Strong persuasion skills and a pleasant phone etiquette. Ability to handle parent queries with confidence and clarity. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM). Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
