Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate membership solutions.
Convert warm leads into paid memberships through effective communication and persuasion.
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
Handle customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team for feedback and process improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
