Elite Properties India is hiring Telecallers (Real Estate) to connect with HNIs & Ultra HNIs in the Kolkata market. The role is focused on cold calling, lead generation, and client prospecting for luxury property investments with top developers like Merlin Group, PS Group, Godrej, DTC, Shriram Properties and more.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100-200 cold calls daily to prospective clients (HNIs/Ultra HNIs).
Generate, qualify, and pass on leads to the sales team for conversion.
Work on databases provided by the marketing team.
Build a strong pipeline of potential property investors.
Share daily reports on leads and follow-ups.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling (real estate preferred).
Hospitality/Aviation/Automobile/Luxury Industry are welcomed
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Confidence to engage with high-profile clients.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?25,000/month (based on experience).
