We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Telecaller - Sales

professional with experience in real estate to engage and manage conversations with

High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)

and

Luxury Property Buyers

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling premium clientele, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients, primarily HNIs, to promote luxury residential/commercial properties. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable high-end real estate offerings. Manage client interactions professionally and build strong relationships to nurture long-term interest. Coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual tours, or meetings with sales managers. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Follow up rigorously with interested leads to close appointments and drive conversions. Support the sales team in converting leads by providing timely updates and engagement. Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming luxury real estate projects, market trends, and customer preferences.

Key Requirements:



Experience:

1-2 years in telesales/telecalling, preferably in the

real estate or luxury segment

.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Client Handling:

Ability to confidently interact with HNI clients and understand their property aspirations.

Sales Oriented:

Goal-driven, persuasive, and proactive in follow-ups.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.

Attitude:

Positive mindset with readiness to join immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:



Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream) Prior experience in luxury or premium real estate will be a strong advantage
