About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone, presenting our products/services, and converting prospects into qualified leads or direct sales. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain company products/services and their benefits in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer database and update CRM with call logs, feedback, and follow-ups. Achieve weekly and monthly sales/lead targets. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, or emails until closure. Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into successful deals. Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the management team for process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
