Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote solar products & services.
Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain detailed call records, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years in telecalling/telesales (solar industry experience is a plus).
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi
is mandatory;
English proficiency
preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided).
Positive, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
Education
Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
