Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain solar products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and support.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales (experience in the solar industry is a plus).
Strong verbal communication skills in
Hindi
(English proficiency preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of solar energy products (training will be provided).
Ability to handle objections professionally and stay motivated.
Education:
Minimum qualification:
10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
in any stream.
