Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English Confident and persuasive telephone manners Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism Prior experience in education, visa, or immigration consulting preferred Must be comfortable explaining study visa options (Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand) Strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify student needs Ability to maintain call logs and follow-up records in CRM Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools) Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated personality

Responsibilities:

Contact potential students and explain visa services and study options Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries Maintain detailed records of conversations and conversions Provide accurate information and guidance -- no misleading promises Collaborate with counseling team to ensure smooth file process
