Key responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls from the provided databases
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries professionaly
3. Explain our courses clearly and convincingly
4. Maintain accurate call records and customer details
5. Achieve daily / weekly call and conversation targets
6. Resolve basic customer doubts and escalate issues when required
7. Maintain a polite, patient and positive attitude on every call
Skills and requirements
1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to convince and counsel customer's
3. Priors telecalling experience is an advantage ( fresher's can apply)
