We are hiring a Telesales to join our team at Sandip University. This is a full-time position based in (place), India. As a telesales, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our education consulting and related services. Key Responsibilities:



- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
- Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:



- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,721.47 - ?28,601.38 per month

Work Location: In person
