Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM with call logs.
Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Generate leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups.
Provide accurate information to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth processing.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.
