Roles & Responsibilities:-

? Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements

? Share clear information about real estate projects, including location, price, and special features.

? Help clients find the best property deals that suit their needs

? Turn interested people into prospects and convince them for visiting projects by generating leads.

? Provide great customer service by proactively answering queries and collaborate with the sales team to make the buying process easy.

? Build meaningful relationships with clients to keep them interested.

? Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep them engaged and move them towards buying.

Qualifications/Skills:

? Any experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (especially in real estate or insurance) is helpful but freshers can apply.

? Good communication skills and ability to convince clients.

? Speak and write well in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Salary & Benefits:

? ?15,000 to ?25,000 per month salary.

? Unlimited incentives based on your performance.
