Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales. Actively work on

IndiaMART

,

Justdial

, and other B2B portals to find potential customers. Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and pitch company products/services. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets. Share quotations, product details, and company profile with interested clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Report daily/weekly performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 3 years of experience

in sales, telecalling, or business development. Strong working knowledge of

IndiaMART

and

Justdial

portals (mandatory). Excellent communication skills in

Hindi & English

. Ability to convince and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic internet research. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
