We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Sales Telecaller

(females preferred) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets through effective communication over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly targets. Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads. Provide detailed information about products/services and resolve customer queries. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Report daily/weekly sales activities to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Customer Care Executive. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and work towards closing deals. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
