Job Description

Answer inbound calls

from customers looking for tour packages, tickets, hotels, etc.

Make outbound calls

to potential leads generated through ads, websites, or referrals.

Explain tour packages

(domestic/international), pricing, itineraries, and benefits.

Customize travel plans

based on customer needs.

Convert leads to sales

by persuading customers and offering best deals.

Process bookings

for flights, hotels, tours, visas, transportation.

Maintain records

of calls, leads, and customer bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets

set by the company.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
