Swapna Srushti Resort is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller - Sales to handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into bookings. The candidate will be provided with calling data and is expected to close deals through effective communication and follow-ups.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Sales Executive / Customer Calling role
Experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or travel industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using provided customer data
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Understand customer requirements related to resort bookings, packages, events, etc.
Explain resort offerings, facilities, pricing, and ongoing promotions clearly
Convince and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Follow up with interested clients to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the operations/front desk team when required
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with sales and target-based calling
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, CRM is a plus)
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
