We are looking for a motivated and confident
Telecaller - Sales
professional to join our team. The role involves reaching out to schools, coaching institutes, and distributors to introduce our educational products and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (schools/coaching centres/distributors).
Explain product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling software).
