Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote travel and immigration services Handle incoming inquiries and convert leads into clients Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages Provide accurate information regarding services and address customer queries Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in

Telesales

,

BPO

, or

Travel/Immigration

industry Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge Good interpersonal skills and confidence on calls
