Key Responsibilities: Tele caller sales executive
Make outbound calls to students and parents from the given database.
Explain Pathfinder's various courses, features, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
Understand the academic needs of students and recommend the right courses.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call and admission targets.
Provide accurate information and offer excellent customer experience.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Bengali / Hindi / English).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle student and parent queries patiently.
Sales mindset and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Must be comfortable with tele calling and counselling students.
