We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Caller (Sales Executive) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. You have to knowledge of handling customers and have a problem-solving nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign success.
Efficient enough to handle customer's requirements on individual and group levels.
Schedule appointments or product demos where required.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 1-3 years as a tele-caller, tele-sales representative, or similar sales/customer service role.
