Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Maintain a positive customer experience and build rapport over calls. Update and maintain call logs, CRM entries, and lead information. Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, closures, and follow-ups.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in telecalling or sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage preferred. Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
