Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic

Telecaller Sales Executive

to contact potential customers over the phone or Walkin, explain products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a convincing approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets Handle customer objections and queries professionally Update customer details and remarks in CRM / Excel Coordinate with field sales or service teams when required Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

Key Skills & Competencies

Good verbal communication skills (Tamil / English / local language) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Ability to handle rejection positively Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

Preferred Requirements

Experience in tele sales / customer service Experience in [Automobile / Insurance / Education / Service sector - customize] Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
