We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Telecaller Executive
to manage outbound renewal calls. The role involves engaging with customers, educating them on product benefits, driving renewals, and contributing to business growth.
Work Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers whose agreements are due for renewal
Educate customers on product features, renewal benefits, and available options
Convince clients to renew agreement by addressing queries, objections, and concerns
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely policy conversion
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and renewal status in CRM systems
Achieve assigned renewal targets and support overall revenue growth
Ensure full compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
6 Months of experience
in telecalling, Software service sales, insurance sales, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed renewal goals
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office for tracking and reporting
Ability to handle objections confidently and offer effective solutions
Good listening skills with a customer-first approach
