We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Telecaller

to join our Loan Sales team.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and helping them choose the right financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain different types of loans (Home, Personal, Business, Mortgage, etc.). Collect customer information and verify eligibility. Follow up with interested customers to close sales. Maintain records of calls and leads in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team and bankers to process applications.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in

telecalling / loan sales / telesales

. Excellent communication and convincing skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred). Basic computer knowledge. Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills. Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
