The Telecaller-Sales is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer details and update call records in the system.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

Build and maintain a strong customer database.

Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma/graduate (any discipline).

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
