Tele Callers

to join our sales team at

Nesans Mining and Automation Pvt. Ltd.

The role involves continuous lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and providing support to the field sales team across various regions.

Note: This is a work-from-office position based in Coimbatore. Candidates from other regions who are willing to relocate to Coimbatore are encouraged to apply.

Job Nature & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. Continuously follow up with leads generated by the sales team. Prepare and send quotations to customers as per requirements. Support field sales engineers with customer coordination and appointment scheduling. Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems. Coordinate with internal departments for quotation and order processing. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and lead conversions.

Mumbai Region:

Proficiency in

Hindi

(Marathi is an added advantage)

Karnataka Region:

Proficiency in

Kannada

Tamil Nadu Region:

Proficiency in

Tamil

Qualification & Skills:

Any Degree / Diploma holders can apply.

Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical)

is an added advantage. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM usage). Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
